Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.

... and there no any projects for freshers .HR and Mangers never respond to mails .I have sent at least 10-15 mails to HR related my compensation , but He never replied

There are various resources available on LEX platform i.e. Infosys learning platform, you can lean any tech and get certified also in it , they also have collaborated with amazon and Microsoft so we can also do their certification, they provide voucher for it.

The main issue is with the salary apart from that everything is fine here.

Infosys provides good opportunities for learning new technologies. It is easy to maintain work life balance at Infosys and job security is the best thing.

Salary provided to the freshers is not up to the mark and also the increment is also not satisfactory.

As you are Engineer or passed out this is a good company to join as a freshers. If you are not from CS/IT/EC don't worry they teach you from basics to higher level as per their requirement. So if you are from other stream like ME/CE/EN join this you had a great future ahead based upon stream or project allocation. Salary is low for fresher you got in-hand 22k. And rest all are good.
