.... I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .

...People in top management don't care about employees'growth. 3. Joined Infosys??? Forget about getting any yearly salary hike, for as many years as you decide to stay in the company. Reason could be any -You don't meet the no. Of work years criteria / Company is not growing (but paying good dividends to share holders) / Mmmm....HR and Manager don't have any idea WHY? / Please wait for 1-2 months to get an update. 4. The management is pathetic. If you are a good looking girl then this place is heaven for you. The manager will give you promotion and hike and everything. If you are honest and hard working guy then this place is not for you. The HR there is just for the namesake, they won't even pick up the call The night shift allowance is worse, you can't even get a pair of jeans from Zudio with that allowance. They ask you to come on time but they become blind if we are extending the shift. The yearly hike that they will provide is 1% pr 2% without shame. The CEO is asking to work for 70 hrs but not ready to provide the salary on that level. If you are stuck in Infosys and your project is good then it is ok, if not then try to change the project or change the company. I left without having any offer in my hand and after that I got another organisation which is way better than this shit company.

... for promotion. Very worst HR’s and managers which is very common in all MNC’s. Not understanding why do they keep HR post in all companies this position should be vanished as they are getting salary for simply supporting things to managers.
