Luckily I didn't get involved in any politics kind of team. I got a good team with great support. I had a great time in Infosys in Project, Learning, Team mates, Work Culture and all.

Dislikes

Base salary of the freshers are still the same as like 20 years back. Not providing compatitive salary as like laterals. Lateral Joiners are rewarded with Market demand well insiders don't get rewarded

Good Management Good HR Overall experience is good with Infosys in terms of work, leave, and personal issues. They all are ready to support me.

Dislikes

...e appraisal cycle is different and not getting notify from finance team on time. But overall they are keeping smooth and our salary structure is awesome. No complaints about that.

Likes

Ability to upskill and reskill in any track and gaining experience on the internal gig platform, job security, health insurance.

Dislikes

No work life balance encouragement from management, little or no overtime incentives, low salary/increments benefits, low emphasis on appraisals by managers, lack of proper KT activities.

If you sacrificed your ambitious dream to become a software developer, and worked in a support project for around 5-7 years under billion dollar client, other than you, there's no one stopping you going on a onsite trip, unless you want US onsite, for US it's 10+ years.

Dislikes

... for toss as you move up the ladder, but that's the same in any other company. Job security compensates the pay check. If someone loves pay check over job security, this isn't the company for them to work.

Work life balance and less pressure in the project what I got and you can invest your time to get knowledge over other technical skills.

Dislikes

The appraisals will be very less, hard work will be remained passive. Salary package is less compared to the outside world.
