Now the senior management is least bother about employee skill upgradation. no proper training and opportunity provided. they are concerned about billing.

no proper salary revision. tenured employee are not getting value in infosys.

Here managers are much more greed to go onside , so as a junior your oppertunity will come latter , thats happen with me , though i got US visa but management not send me \, but my manager got visa after me and he went.
