The only thing that I liked about infosys is that I got to visit 3 of its campuses(blr, mysore and pune dc) and all of them were great.

Dislikes

The food, the work culture, the peanut salary, the manager(my manager was a very bad manger who lacked the skills of managing people), pretty much everything

This is first dream company ,luckily I got selected... i feel so proud to be that am part of infy family...I had good team and the support from team lead and manager. The job is secure and personal security is also good .the food courts and the food is so delicious. I really miss Infy.

Dislikes

The timing and the work pressure. Salary might have been more for the employees

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

Dislikes

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

Likes

Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.

Dislikes

Very less salary, No hikes, and what was the training in begining and what am working in the current project is completed differ.....the worst thing is am not satisfied with the working project....not only me everyone was feeling like this only
