Working from the office/home is flexible but depends on the manager. You can do external certification without paying

...sick leave/casual leave. All types of leave is deducted from Earned leaves only. In hand salary is very very less. There is no hike. No promotion.

Job security and salary ontime. If you get a good client then solid work-life balance as well.

Dislikes

Appraisal are low, they give hike after resignation but by then you get better opportunities and very few stay.

Campus is good. Hackathons are there quarterly.

Expected Extra work but No perks, no bonus. If you are stuck in some old team working on same project for a long time, better switch immediately else you will be stuck forever.

Some of the accounts in are Infosys are very good, like Apple account. You get to collaborate with clients to work on different things.

Dislikes

The promotion, appraisal and variable pay are very minimal and many times we receive less variable pay.

...stg will provide ample opportunity to learn and work on cutting edge technology. It pay above than the average salary.

work life balance is not good.
