Most of the infosys employee would dislike only the salary offered. Those who join infosys with better salary can sail through. No salary revisions to employees who are performing and are under paid.....

Company's policies are good wfh policy which gives flexibility to the employees to do wfh

Dislikes

All other factors are poor carer growth, compensation, skill development etc. Transport and parking of cars and 2 wheelers is also paid.

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

not at all a good company, no good pay no recognition no benefits nothing for the employees, never they will value your efforts and work done , in my 8 years I have not got any good experience from infosys
