I liked the job as a security in Infosys..for me it's a greate opportunity and I'm satisfied with this, if I talk about it's work culture there is so Many cultural activities and I also participated in all the sports games, the management of company is very good and best. they manage according to company environment. In Last if i talk about the company policies.. I think they made its policies in favour of their employees..the Infosys company is best company and I'm very thankful that this company give me chance to do work as a employee.

Dislikes

...loyees salary according to their benefits and it's not good for employees needs. Employees are working hardly day and night for salary benefits which company is providing if they only decrease the salary then how employees deal with it.

Micro Management. Everything is not about pay sometimes it's about the treatment you give to your juniors. Boomer generation and their ideologies. Boomer generation is sitting in management level soo toxic and useless I can't even explain them in words.

As of now it's only about the processes, there are a lot of processes and it's very confusing to know whom to contact for which. Even at the client side there are a ton of documentations and all.

Getting exposure on skills when I was fresher

No work life balance Very Very Very less salary, no hike Even promotion will not give you much hike.. My salary was 23k in hand when I was fresher, now it's 32k after 4 years of experience.

... on the project. Infosys works on faith, unnecessarily it won't take any action. Salary growth may be slow, but to learn there are many opportunities it will provide.

Timely increments and percentage of salary growth is less about 5 to 10% based on appraisal rating.
