I liked the campus only and all extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

Compensation and appraisal is poorly rated and management doesn't even care about it. Career development is next to negligible. Lot of policies where you are bounded not to work freely. No value for performance it's mostly driven by favouritism. Working hours 9.15 which is strictly driven ,no flexibility. No work from home options. Paid leaves are very less below 20 per year.

...uch of partiality, even if you work your a off it will not be recognized at all. Salary no need to ask about it. After 3 years they have given hike of 2k on in hand salary and that's the hike.

Dislikes

I strongly dislike the salary they offer, especially since BPM employees do the same work in projects but are treated as secondary resources with no priority. Compared to Infosys Ltd, the talent level is lacking, and management does nothing to address this biased system. Avoid joining Infosys BPM—opt for Infosys Ltd instead, as both roles end up doing the same work once assigned to a project.

My manager Ratiesh Chandran had been so supportive with me and my team mates that I didn't care about the less pay, almost no hike for 5 years. Later on I had my personal commitments for which I had to switch to different company.

The pay structure is as bad as it gets. They didn't pay for current employees who are working for them for the long time and they are paying more to those who are been hired from external source. Please pay attention to this.

...ft allowances. In the name of the brand INFOSYS, infosys bpm is doing all these. In my 4 year experience into IT it hasn’t ever happened i did not receive my salary… it happened with me in infosys bpm.
