Join this company when you plan to retire and don't want to work. All the leadership is like that.

Like for in this organisation in working environment and they given for work step by step like low level to high level work. then everyone learn the every technology and everything you can get it no for the like hardware related and software related all the things how to resolve that issues and how to clear.

...ce is the worst to plan your career at as there are no opportunities for growth. Salary hikes and appraisals are irregular and be prepared to be frustrated to the next level while working here.

The best part and the only reason why most of the employee are still at IBPM are because of WFH. There is still no mandate on hybrid or wfo. Learning and training portal is excellent if used correctly.

... been 3 years and still there are no appraisals with regards to salary revision. The variable pay is payed out with an average of 60-65%.

Infosys BPM Hyderabad is worst with lot of politics and dictator leadership Infosys is now days an organization which can make one really sick HR lacks the humanitarian skills ,just a puppet of the Managers Leaders make intimate relations with female employees and offer them promotions Totally political scenario If you are in dire need of money then work here otherwise stay away if you want to take care of mental health
