Excellent trainings like YB, DT, GB etc. for free! and gives you everything for your career growth. Just that one has to be proactive to select the one and utilize accordingly. The company truly believes in values for life, the same is followed. Time management, facilities are excellent. But nothing is free at Infosys other than training. Best place to start a career for freshers.

Good work environment and culture. Team mate's are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
