Less salary structure for people growing within the same organisation. Will not consider knowledge and experience for promotion, you have to be a yes sir person

Infosys have good trainings programs, job security 100%, learning is very good whether in terms of your personal development or your career wise, good work environment

Definately less salary, less travel opportunities compare in past

I was not happy with the salary. At least those whose work more than a year should get better hike so they can lead good life.

Its a ocean, where there is no limit for learning and gain knowledge.salary is some wat less until you get promotion..once u get promotion..u can expect good pckge..u cn also enjoy the enviornment of the campus.etc lot more.

Infosys IL is good but Infosys BPM is worst. They have even marked the IT support under BPM which should have been under IL. Being a L1 support Analyst, the management has never taken any initiative to build up and enhance the skill of their employees. Never suggest you to go on the name of the Company but to take a deep down check with the ex-employees and then pick your decision.
