...motions , it doesn't depend on how you work , it depends on how your links work Very less salary compared to work they want from each employee I would never recommend anyone to dxc

Work life balance is a good thing but you have to sacrifice career and compensation for it. Of late there were many incidents of job loss under name of WFR.

No proper pay and market standard is no where to be seen in company. Manager's bias for own community people in hike and promotion makes many people to be in same position for years together.

Things were quite tough when DXC started it’s journey but now feels like can work until retirement..

Salary compensation revision are good these years but there is quite delay in the process.. have to wait for things a bit but when it arrives, definitely brings smile..

Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave

The work from anywhere policy. I did not went to office during my complete tenure at DXC which was approx 2.5 years. The work life balance varies from project to project, but mostly it's good. The rewards and recognization is really good. The work from home step up is completely sponsered by DXC. Emmence oppertunity to learn as Microsoft, Udemy will let you access high end courses free of cost. Good Appraisal. No politicts in between teams. One of the best service based organization out there.

The salary was low.
