There is nothing to like in this company, I would never regret to say that I made a wrong decision by accepting offer from Infosys. Pathetic experience ever in my entire corporate journey.

Dislikes

... given if you come in there so called boundary line, drinking water is not good. No appraisals, No Hike, Managers are not supportive, people management is very bad. Favouritism is so visible on the floor which is really not good, sorry to this some people are so cheap I have ever seen in corporate world. No proper way of communication. Don't know how to treat or talk with other fellow employees. There are soo many other problems too, I would suggest please don't accept offer from Infosys, instead look for better opportunities rather than coming here and crying. last but not the least there is really no job security at all they can kick out of the company whenever they want.

Provides salary on time.

Dislikes

Very disorganised and unstructured way of working. People even with ten plus years of experience are treated as college pass outs. Few people have the audacity to do whatever they feel like given the fact that people with experience of 14 or 15 + years have made it their home and mostly "a few control the crowd" is the work culture here. The managers do not have a strategy or plan and belittle their subordinates in case they come up with something new.

1. Salary 2. Yearly salary increments are too much low. It's not matching with the current inflation and price hikes in all sectors.

Likes

It gives opportunity and job to next people. Atleast helps to kick start career.

Dislikes

Manager was worst. Focus on micro-management and favorism. Too less salary offered. No hikes at all. Even manager's salary is too less. ODC are so bad. No place to eat in night shift. No microwave on the floor. Coffee machines never work.

It was a good work life balance, good job security, it was like a government job at low package salary,

Dislikes

Less perfomer gets the promotion and hikes, where top performer would be felt left out, 0% salary hike, hardly promote existing employee rather hires from out side. Junior gets hire at higher packages but no hikes to the existing, diligent employees.
