- No work life balance. - In induction they told you to work 9 hours 15 minutes but in reality it is near to 11 hours. - Working on weekends is very common. So 5 day's working is a myth. - If by mistake you are working with wrong clients, then forget about any holidays whether it is Indian or US. - Awful leave policy. Leave request don't get easily approved without tantrums plus you need to do WFH during leaves. - Only 1 paid leave per month not good as per me. - Blind favouritism.

Good work enviroment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company profile are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good and career growth is also slow.

May be management can look at the salary level at grade it. It at least should match up the expectations of people to match the market, policies are there but needs rigor to follow.

It gives opportunity and job to next people. Atleast helps to kick start career.

Manager was worst. Focus on micro-management and favorism. Too less salary offered. No hikes at all. Even manager's salary is too less. ODC are so bad. No place to eat in night shift. No microwave on the floor. Coffee machines never work.
