1. Everything never join infosys as a fresher never there salary criteria is worst.. 2. Transportation is worst they don’t even give solutions correctly for the pickup points(i have faced this personally, I was shifted to a new place and i asked the team about the nearby pickup points they told me we have only 1 pickup point in your area, after some days my co-passengers told me about the different points which are nearby). 3. Mental peace is not there, main issue is salary and work-life balance. 4. Iam working there from last 3 years and i don’t have good package, and now the company is hiring new employees on high package because of that many employees are leaving the company. 5. My journey is good just because my teammates is best behaviour and my manager is good so that's why i like infosys bpm apart form this i like healthy nature enviourment

specially monetary terms infosys is running old things at present time he gives the salary as a basic so first of fall change the salary structure and there is no perks and incentive and no promotion as you work and tenure so there is big issue for dislike the infosys

Nothing as such just the campus but salary and work hours will not allow that also to enjoy

Infosys has good brand name nothing else Infosys have. Work pressure too much

...increment appraisal are 2 or 3 % annually only. Night shift min. 500 and max 3k. Very poor pay scale and annually increment. Totally wastage of time with work in Infosys. If any one wants to grow and learn new thing they just ask its depends on role means level 2b and 2a can't do anything except the processing does not matter how much skills you have. Forget about the permotions. It's totally upto how much you can bettering with your manager.
