...e a transfer, the job role becomes lower than before leading to dissatisfaction. Salary wise - The lowest salary plans in the country. Opportunity overseas - You go there but you go there with minimum daily allowance and live like a homeless. You need to cook at the lodge you are staying else you might end up asking for donations.

Opportunities to grow if you perform and outshine. Plenty of onsite opportunities even for HR folks which is rare in most of the big companies.

Dislikes

If you want a lucrative pay, this isn't the place for you. The company's pay scale is average and not very much in sync with market standards.

I had been with Infosys BPM by 2.8 years. I hired through campus interview. Infosys provided good training and learning opportunity. Work envelope is very good and innovation is very good. Career path is good if you are close to your manager. Transport facility is also nice. And most important is they provides excellent job security.

Dislikes

Infosys management is very cheap and career path is not good as very deserve. Salary compensation is very bad and policies are also changes every time. Infosys BPM has bad politics which impacted with employee's growth.

Infosys BPM Hyderabad is worst with lot of politics and dictator leadership Infosys is now days an organization which can make one really sick HR lacks the humanitarian skills ,just a puppet of the Managers Leaders make intimate relations with female employees and offer them promotions Totally political scenario If you are in dire need of money then work here otherwise stay away if you want to take care of mental health

...r account to travel the world but won't give you single penny as Incentives. 4. No matter how hard you work, your performance variable pay will always be deducted by 20-30% 5. There are multiple channels to raise your voice but nobody will listen to what you have to say 6. HR business partner has forgotten their work and will tend to seek instructions from managers on what to do. 7. No matter you give 15 years to company, they will not bother when you leave. 8.They will say they have given appraisals and there is 10 days Hybrid, but reality is different. Join this company when you plan to retire and don't want to work. All the leadership is like that.
