Worst work culture, also the salary kept decreasing every month, never received the salary that’s promised on the offer letter. The night shift allowance is equal to offering beggars!!

It's one of the biggest MNC and it's taking care about employees, more over Infosys giving more flexibility to PWDs per month they paid 5000 extra for PWDs. And variables also we will get more so

Infosys is a great company to have job security. The salary might be less, but they won't kick you off like other companies when not needed. You will have an excellent experience with the management and your team. And the campus will have all amenities from food, mess food to shops like Subway, Amul, CCD, etc. You have swimming pool, Gym, Badminton court, Yoga room and additional amenities too. Overall it's a great place to work at. Safe and sound. You'll rarely find a case of harrasment or exploitation of a worker personnnel here.

There is nothing to like in this company, I would never regret to say that I made a wrong decision by accepting offer from Infosys. Pathetic experience ever in my entire corporate journey.

... given if you come in there so called boundary line, drinking water is not good. No appraisals, No Hike, Managers are not supportive, people management is very bad. Favouritism is so visible on the floor which is really not good, sorry to this some people are so cheap I have ever seen in corporate world. No proper way of communication. Don't know how to treat or talk with other fellow employees. There are soo many other problems too, I would suggest please don't accept offer from Infosys, instead look for better opportunities rather than coming here and crying. last but not the least there is really no job security at all they can kick out of the company whenever they want.

...he part of it for that I'm really lucky. Everything as per employee comfortable. On time salary, Cab facility, work from home options, campus, and Infosys support us to learn new courses, new skill paralally. If we can't lear by ourself alway a experts team will be ready to teach new skills new courses completely free. This will help us to explore job roles and promotions, performance and once we are ready with skills hands on practice Infosys itself will guide us to which role we can apply and everything automatically get add to our profile so that we will get vaccancy related mails to our Infosys email. This is best out is best opportunity to who want to get strong growth in life.

After Padmashri Shrimt.Sudhamurthy Ma'am has taken volunteer retairment, draw backs started, no promised salaried, no promised hike, internally lot of politics, especially few projects politics are very shit, those project TL's won't care about hardwork always they will go with shit things and because of certain TL's different personal interests many of the hardwork and eligibility people are still away from promotions and working for less salary. You can't question anything, if you question about TL's or project management people about their mistakes, you don't get salary they will not Mark attendance so accounts team will not process the salary untill your attendance get corrected. And you should not open your mouth even there are live politics happens on floor. If ask about it they will take revenge on your performance matrics. And it is all about which project your joining. And if your joining with help of consultancy, have clear picture about what is the project how are the week off and salary structure. Because of consultancy false promises HR's will be in trouble. Maximum try to apply through Infosys carees. Though the interview process is late but you will be peace without any problems throughout your journey with Infosys.
