The company suffers from poor management, with no salary raises or appraisals given despite our hard work. The cafeteria offers no options, and when the workload increases, we don't receive anything from there, leaving us to go hungry. Additionally, there is a lack of appreciation for our efforts.

I didn't like anything . Because there was no corporate culture. Managers don't know how to manage, because higer management( Rohit and his team ) doesn't know how to create professional culture. They made by own culture and its look like a school. And language partiality was there very much

Dislikes

No hike, no extra benifit, if you will negotiate salary before joining it will be good for you. They won't give anything extra except alary.

The opportunities to learn and grow is amazing. A lot of learning opportunities where you have no restrictions to take any training.

Salary and promotion. Pay and hikes are very less. Promotion you have to wait for more than 3-5 years

Salary Benefits are average if compared with market standards and Appraisals are very poor.
