Simple interview. Friendly environment. Simple process. Attractive salary. Safe work place for women employees.

Dislikes

They're make employees to quit the job. More Politics. Higher officials aren't let management know about the good things done by employees. If any problem occurs in the team, they pretend to not know about anything before the management even if they know about everything. Knowledge wise growth is very slow. Team Leaders aren't having enough knowledge to lead the team members. All good things are done by one person but some other person will take credit from management because of politics inside the team.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the management for their consistent punctuality in salary disbursement, even during the challenging times of the pandemic. The company has provided us with opportunities to acquire new skills, and the extra hours worked are compensated as incentives, which align well with my salary. Notably, If Srini Sir becomes aware that any employee has not had a meal, they promptly ensures that food is provided without delay. There is a personalized focus on each employees. Addittionaly, a special bonus is offered to referrals, which is an excellent initiative. To date, I have assisted around eight friends in joining the company and they are all satisfied and happy.

Hygiene is restrooms. Insufficient space for employee when they are unwell.

It was a wonderful experience for me to working in this company & they provide a opportunity to move higher position such as team leader or quality analyst instead of providing a expectations salary for an employee.
