First of all is salary 11k is being deducted from salary for cabs and meals you can't even say no to this because it is mandatory and they will deduct from salary. And you can get fired any time. And it is target based so if you don't meet the target you'll get fired

pay is best in industry, a lot of learning experience. you get to learn new things every day. The company has a huge number of clients which is a big plus.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is not there as I work the night shift. The company needs to be more flexible in giving remote options to their senior employees and trust them that they will get the work done even if they are not physically present in the office. the attendance criteria to get the incentives are not appropriate. if you take more than 2 leaves (90% attendance) due to a genuine reason too, you are not eligible to get the incentives. There are a lot of companies in the game who are very flexible with all the mentioned points and I think my company can be that flexible too.

...mplemented as per the owner's mood. 5 - 6 employees loose their job every month. Massive salary deduction (for no reason provided) and No actual incentives (in job postings they write "Lucrative Incentives") - Nothing as such in real life, they will never pay the joiners incentive.

Zero work-life balance, Zero Job security. Owner herself and HR are the main culprit of office politics. These people are ruining careers of many good employees.

Good team leads. Good colleagues. Good managers. Good pay scale.

Worst HR management. Owner of the company is really pathetic. She thinks that's she owns you and never respects any recruiters or anyone. She even kicks anyone easily without any notice. Job security is zero. I will suggest you all keep infojini as the last option.

The company is good for freshers to gain knowledge and develop their skills in less time. Working under tight deadlines and completing tasks on time boosts your confidence in work. The proposal writing, evaluating, discussing process set up is good and transparent and allows you get involved in more technical stuff in core IT. Appraisal policy is pretty good as compared to Industry standards. You can grow faster if you're hard working, trustworthy and when performed well. Seniors are always helping and approachable and actually working for you during tight deadlines. Team work is what is followed in Infojini. Bosses are quite chilled out, understanding and provides opportunity to grow if you're worth it. Flexible work hours and work from home policy is being allowed which helps you balance your work-life.

Dislikes

...vided even for night shift people which becomes difficult for people to commute. No health benefits and other benefits provided other than the salary.
