Infocepts is one of the best companies for career growth and learning opportunities. You'll find all the latest tech stack like AWS, Databricks, Pyspark, Scala etc etc! The only thing to look for is the wlb as it varies on teams and projects! Apart from this its an amazing place to work!

No retention; Compensation can be better (atleast equivalent to market standards)

Being a start up and having only 1000-1500 employees, your work gets quickly visible. If you are good at networking, you can make contacts with people easily

Dislikes

...n, no planning on demand vs supply which lead to over hiring at all departments. Despite being good performers people are getting fired because they do not have much work as per their grade and salary.

Politics is here in every aspect, everyone is someones brother or nephew etc, compensation used to be good but now it is not. very few onsite opportunities as the company does not have any policies for that. they do not have HR policies like exit policy and all ad they make rules on the fly

There are many great people at InfoCepts who are really supporting. The people I have met here I will look up to for the rest of my life. The learnings and opportunities I have gotten recently in my career are really valuable for me. Though this may differ from project to project.

... talking about work load and pressure for a fresher who doesn't get paid enough. Even after giving your 100% in the job, the salary was not satisfactory.

If you are assigned a good project, then work culture is excellent.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion are not satisfactory, even if you gave your best in all areas. And performed excellently the whole year. They use PIP to get rid of employees. If you performed well in the whole process of PIP, but at the end they are not satisfied with your work and ask you to resign.
