InfoEdge used to be one of the best companies to work for, but now it's only a profit factory they keep all the money to themselves leaving nothing to the employees. Only job security is there but that too will go away in the near future.

you can explore new ideas and new technology and present them to company. They are open to build on new ideas but you have to do all this in your personal time.

Nothing so far, they always push you to do more work and give you nothing in return

1. Everything is very urgent here 2. Bad work culture 3. Bad pay 4. Managers are outdated and rude with less technical knowledge.

...ce is awesome. Leaves are also good and Birthday and anniversary leave provided. Salary comes on time even in COVID tough time.
