Compensation could be better. But again, it's a trade off you do for the stability and work-life balance you enjoy. So, that's acceptable in my view.

yo would have job security, work culture is great, if you are working with German collogues than your learning curve will be better. Onsite opportunity is quite good (depend on you or your luck ;) ). food is free so that's a positive.

Compensation is not satisfactory its lower than the industry standard. benefits are sub-par.

They provide breakfast, lunch and snacks - fixed menu, but free. Depends on team to team - If you get a good team, the work life becomes tolerable.

The company culture is deteriorating every year. Company is moving to give days work from office culture, the food options are reducing, salary hikes are unsatisfactory.

Most of things are okay, Food is good, but they are also planning to cut off that. Work pressure is not there in atleat my team.

No hike. 4 days office compulsory. No promotion no bonus. But so many rules and regulations. Always comes with new rules for not growing the associates.
