As it is a consultancy we can learn few things newly and some flexibilities are there.

Dislikes

Many things to say, there is no work life balance and no job security. Treat everyone as a slave after 3 months. I never seen a company who will keep the employee in the probation period for more than 1 year. They are offering only 30mins break and we have to login for 9hrs 30mins.

All good comparatively based on startup.

Dislikes

I think management should think about keeping some food shop in cafeteria. Because people doesn't want to move outside while working or inbetween the working hrs.

Work pressure is there . In quater end time we supposed to help another teams and we need to extend working times also but we didn't get any alawence on that particular time .

Poor ,Never suggest anyone to join this company, no leave, no skill growth, no allowance, no life balance, irregular work time shift, no appraisal, no transportation provided ,no training, only work work work.

The limited opportunities to advance and be promoted in the Company.its a great organization and i have learned a lot here,but its such a small company that its difficult to find ways to move up unless somebody retires or leaves.
