Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

They are working to build products in image processing and computer vision. The work is really good, a lot to learn. The Founder is very knowledgeable and hands on person. Quantity and Quality of work is there, working hours are flexible...

Dislikes

Sometimes have to put in long hours- when there is a customer delivery around.. steep learning curve but people are helpful..
