One of the most important aspect for every law student who is starting its journey of internships is that the company shows the ropes to him/her. At Indus I felt welcomed and they were always ready to help.

I interned with their TMT team, I really liked their work culture. Nice bunch of people doing serious fintech work. Associates were nice and humble. They work across cities - so a team can consist of people from Bangalore and Delhi at the same time.

The seniors have a pseudo believe that they are multi-tasking which really create a mess in your work. Also, multi delegation of work by various seniors, without coordinating among them causes a trouble for associates. Also, I found less organized delegation of work, rather it was more dumping the work on the lap of juniors. At personal level if you take leave from the reporting partner, still the seniors sold at you and sought why you have taken the leave without their permission. A lot of internal politics and backbiting.
