After joining they will make your life hell, there are so many policies related to employee they made but no seniors follows. They will make you feel resigning and going home. Also the kind of threatening you will get that will make your life miserable. They will bluntly that you complain wherever you want I don't care. Just put down paper andvget out from the branch. I should not see your face next day at branch.

I am working in corporate salary department and work culture is horrible, RM's don't know the simple process, they don't have any good corporates and they tell you to do cross sell, how will happen if RM's don't bring good corporates, don't join this bank and ruin your career

They attract u with the salary and 6 month for probation u will not get any leave.. as like other banks they won't provide any data of NR base they just want u to source the buisness from scratch and they won't give u a month time to settle down they don't provide any specific training and knowledge for the product and entire system based on offline mode where from offer letter to joining they will do offline procedure... The HR is not very co operative hight level of mental harrasment and pressure on product selling.. don't think it's a good organization to work with. Punch in and punch out the the travel allowance is provided only when u source buisness.

I hardly like anything about indusind bank the only thing anyone could prefer it is only to get salary hike and once they're in the industry with a good package they can easily jump off to any other boosting themselves up

If you're a person with sales in your veins indusind is the best place to work in and there's no any early relieving option, though you or any of your likes ones are dying you need to serve 3 complete month's notice period and leave such a industry with a plan in which there won't be single thought about their employees nor their families

Salary will come on time and job is secured as they don't get quality people easily Other wise the organisations overall work ethics is challenge and especially people heading my department are dishonest. Misselling, Wrong reporting of sales numbers, inhuman behaviour towards employees loss,mass meeting in then peak of covid waves, sexist comments, pushing employees to work on holidays and late night etc. are few examples. Feedback from retail banking colleagues are better as their leadership is much sorted Bangalore Pioneer Head is famous for unethical wrong selling and even after multiple customer complaint , no action has been takes which shows the moral fabric of this Bank Job is secured as they don't get quality people and will try to retain good employee's.

Misselling, Wrong reporting of sales number, inhuman behaviour towards employees losses, sexist comments, mass meeting in the time of peak covid waves, working on holidays and late night etc HR is very weak, hence no action can be taken against unethical work behaviour. No proper whistle blowing system which itself is a big setback.
