I was working in CFD division of indusind bank, and culture is horrible, seniors having good salary package and doing nothing and everything employee doing their work also getting very less salary package.

Dislikes

No one is supportive, only thinking about business... Employee comes in time between 9-10am and goes almost 7-8-9 pm in normal days, in month end no Sunday or government holiday's can't get and not even you get compof, most of the candidate just join there for position but within fees days everyone gets frustrated.

Nothing but just hoping that it will change the culture and attitude of management on employee benefits and engagement

Nothing, apart from on time salary.

Dislikes

Working Culture, inadequate leadership, unnecessary work pressure. Leadership is used to asked each and every thing without practical boundaries, unrealistic expectations, thinking is like employee is machine or robot. Poor and helpless HR department, they are leaving in their own egostate. Like well's 🐸 frog. Don't want to amend or change the old policy and procedures as per requirement of time.

Some managers are nice, Saturdays are off Flexible timings Work life balance is fine. Job security if u work really well.

Dislikes

No Salary hike. Even house help can get more hike than here promotion Skill development Managers can be annoying They will dump more work on person who works efficiently others can enjoy with no work and salary. Salary increment very poor even for the person gets amazing Performance ratings. No promotion also.

Likes

Pathetic work experience, u will end up finding yourself as a telecaller. Yes u will get a good salary, but it will be on the cost of deteriorating your whole career. U won't get any value in the other banks, because all others know the bad quality of books, credit card telecalling, etc.
