I had developed medical issues with a rare condition and even after submitting relevant documents authorising from orthopedic doctor, still mid management refuses to give transfer to a suitable job role and pressuring to look for other banks.

I have a good opinion about the job culture of IndusInd bank, it has a robust management team. They are very helpful and supportive, operation and sales team has a good coordination, which in turn makes it very smooth to work without stress.
