Boss is boss,... Rude behavior Every time work pressure, in a rainy day minimum 150-200 calls per day. Daily minimum 3 time conference call each call 1 hr.... Daily 150-200 KM bike raiding... Many more

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management dose't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.tere is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

No learning oportunity..day night 24 hours of pressure..coming at home at 5 AM after working 19 hours again from 11 AM manager started calling who knows everything about the work pressure but pretend to be very innocent..when you elaborate the actual ground based scenario then started scolding about KPI's data etc etc..is not delivered properly.....

Except salary on time payment nothing is good there..HR dept is the worst..they will never help for anything trying to create unnecessary problem for employees ..and at the time of survey saying they have done lot of things for employee..wors dept is HR in Indus Towers Limited Kolkata location.

Only positive side is it offers best in industry pay package

There are too few growth & advancement opportunities. No clear cut strategy for retaining employees.50% of people recruited leaves within 2 yrs.

On time salary benefits and allowances.

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. Immense pressure on the field employees they are not even allowed to go home if they are relocated to place other then home area .Few compliances are limited to papers only not actually followed and the employee have to complete other functions KRA simultaneously looking into their own.
