Boss is boss,... Rude behavior Every time work pressure, in a rainy day minimum 150-200 calls per day. Daily minimum 3 time conference call each call 1 hr.... Daily 150-200 KM bike raiding... Many more

...work culture are good(not field) for all employees onroll as well as off roles. salary provided on date.

For field support engineers you didn't have any fixed time 24*7 job everyday in any situation either you are on leave or anything you will performing 24*7 calls or meeting(VC) Work culture is not so good in field . Heavy politics(diesel). Field job as well as a just like Telicoller (bpo) jobs . No work life balance for field team member. Night activities also perform. If you are good in Politics then you will enjoy. Lots of traveling every day range (10 to 130 km per day) field job totally. No office job.
