No work life balance at all. Immense pressure on the field employees they are not even allowed to go home if they are relocated to place other then home area .Few compliances are limited to papers only not actually followed and the employee have to complete other functions KRA simultaneously looking into their own.

Boss is boss,... Rude behavior Every time work pressure, in a rainy day minimum 150-200 calls per day. Daily minimum 3 time conference call each call 1 hr.... Daily 150-200 KM bike raiding... Many more

Worst company I have ever experienced Upper Management treat us like donkey The more you give your efforts the more you near to loose the job If your are a chela of your boss then only you can servive in this organisation This is the First company where I feel that your job security is zero here Any time without any reason they give u notice of 3 months to terminate you So if you want to save your life and wants career growth ,please avoid this company
