I was in constant fear of losing my job. No job security. A few seniors were always up to finding faults in juniors and showing uncooperative behaviour. I became a targeted person for office bullying by a few. Partiality by managers and TLs. Favouritism is rampant.

Dislikes

First they asked me to join as a fresher in digital marketing field at cheap salary rate. Then they asked me to do graphic designs whenever the designer was absent. No other executive worked like that. I had four years of experience in working as an advertising professional. I had to share my previous experiences at cheap rate while they just kept me away from full 360° digital marketing exposure so that I couldn't learn anything of the trade. I spent one and a half year doing this. They did not train me.

Salary on time . Some of the managers are good .. Very little

Culture is poor only hire & fire . Project pipeline is very poor .. ... Reguler in office must . No wfh . Full of politics ... No good managers for learning .

...ortive. Managers are very much cooperative. Flexible time and work life balance. Salary get credit on time and lot of benefits. Fun activities on Friday and in every occasion.
