No quality projects. Old half cooked projects without proper KT. Salary is low as per industry standards. Management is lazy. High internal politics. PM don't take any responsibility. Developer is responsible for client call and coding. System and devices are from ancient age.. Coding on those machines are the real challenge you will face in indusnet not with implementing logic.

As an engineer this company can provide one a complete package of learning from making a solution, code, testing all the way upto deployment in production. You will learn a lot of things that you help you to crack other MNC house’s interview and there is no doubt.

Dislikes

Resource problem is a major downside. Other than that organisation chart can’t be followed all the time.

Remote work. On time salary. No micro management. Good no of clients.

Client is told lies. Work on multiple project even for dedicated resource without informing clients. No laptop provided. No NPS.
