The salary is always paid on time, and there are almost 20 air-conditioned buses available for employees commuting from Ahmedabad to the company. The working atmosphere is conducive, with no excessive pressure. Overall, the company is suitable for individuals who are dedicated to their work or prefer a more focused work environment.

Far from city - Long hours Travel time. Cafeteria is far & Lunch/Tea times are short. Working system lacks automation at various stages - Too much dependent on Paper work. No flexible/wfh concept except sales team. holidays are adjusted with week offs. Insurance policy amount is still low.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
