The salary is always paid on time, and there are almost 20 air-conditioned buses available for employees commuting from Ahmedabad to the company. The working atmosphere is conducive, with no excessive pressure. Overall, the company is suitable for individuals who are dedicated to their work or prefer a more focused work environment.

The company is located in a remote area, which can make it challenging to attend to urgent personal matters or travel anywhere. The food quality in the canteen is not up to par. Far from city - Long hours Travel time. Cafeteria is far & Lunch/Tea times are short. Working system lacks automation at various stages - Too much dependent on Paper work. No flexible/wfh concept except sales team. holidays are adjusted with week offs. Insurance policy amount is still low.
