Management is not at all worried about employees , no salary growth. , Life is engineers is wasted here. Engineers don't think of joining if u want to get settled in life . No employee activities. No functions. No work life balance. Engineer working here for 6 years and salary still in 20s. Hope u got an idea

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This is very good company .facility , salary , employees behaviour , Traveling facility is also available . Salary increment is very high . Over all this is very good company in banglore for mechanical engineering
