Personal work life balance and job security is too good

Dislikes

There is no proper work culture here, and no salary increment as per experience and talent, no encouragement for real talent. Especially no value for Designers, no one knows the value of a Designer here. Equal salary for ITI guy and also a Engineer guy, No value for qualifications. And one more very bad culture is, when someone resigned, no one will ask for stayback or nobody will ask about this situation or the problem.

It’s not dislike just a suggestion. Promotions are less likely to happen bcz of minimal resignations. Work culture of people is not in trend it’s like before 10years.

Annual medical examination who are working in shop floors and some other certical department. Multinational company having branch, sales office and subsidiary in overseas countries.
