Very good work life balance they care about employee’s personal time. Very good salary increments, less work pressure.

It’s not dislike just a suggestion. Promotions are less likely to happen bcz of minimal resignations. Work culture of people is not in trend it’s like before 10years.

This company is very good, and there is lot to learn and culture of the company is really very good, i am part of MIM-Aerospace and medical segment s and working for many us based companies as well as chaina, uk and Europe. ...an 4 month but before increment delay date you will not be provided any arrears. More cut in CTC compared to in-hand salary. As per company policy no should stay after completing their shifts but not fallowed effectively.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transperent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is va lots work pressure. Salary is good but career growth is slow.

There is no proper work culture here, and no salary increment as per experience and talent, no encouragement for real talent. Especially no value for Designers, no one knows the value of a Designer here. Equal salary for ITI guy and also a Engineer guy, No value for qualifications. And one more very bad culture is, when someone resigned, no one will ask for stayback or nobody will ask about this situation or the problem.
