In Indium it has flexible working time and the work culture is good. for fresher its a good platform to kick start your career you will learn a lot and you can able to gain more knowledge.

As a fresher you can't expect high salary package and appraisal.

...t that other companies pay at least 2 to 3 times more than this organisation. 3. Very very low pay for freshers and those who haven't switched their jobs time to time. Many employees here are earning less than a daily wage worker just in the name of corporate job.

No good salary hike, they gave 5% hike this year to all levels. My current CTC is also very low after this hike also It feels like they treat us like beggers No growth opportunities No promotion in 3 years

salary, appraisal, management, too much bossiness unbalanced NIGHT shifts work culture, company strategies & operations, misleading & false publicity/ promotion, no scope learn and grow

I like the work culture and people are so supportive and my management are very interactive with employees to avoid any kind of hindrances while working and they are supportive to make us work effectively by letting us know the mistakes that we come across, which is really commendable .

Dislikes

I only thing which is not up to the employees satisfaction is the salary package.
