.Internal Politics. .Only employees who are the relatives of seniors will get promotions. .You will be working like a GRADUATED LABOURs. This company knows, there are less jobs for engineers inprivate sectors, this helps them in catching graduates. They are just taking advantage of unemployment.

The greatest enemy of local employees is Ujjwal Sinha. He was promoted to ITP operations manager in February’2022 and now he’s leaving no stone unturned to make life miserable of employee who don’t like him or don’t belong to Bihar region. Safety officer Tojo Toms has also become a puppet of him instead he must have acted unbiased considering overall safety. ITP officers are totally working in a concentration camp alike circumstances as nobody listens to them despite Delhi location generates the highest revenue for IOSPL. Even CEO TS Dupare insults in such a pathetic manner to disregard ITP Delhi employees in every possible effort. In addition, new joinees will asked to INR100,000/- as a security deposit for a span of three years and upon completion of that employee gets refund with a simple interest of 6% annually which is next to nothing. Majority of newly joined employees leave within first six months. Employee retained percentage seems almost negligible. This job would next to nothing skills to your CV for future prospects.

It's a jv & everyone is busy to make their bosses happy from respected companies. No promotion policy, No hr policy, Imbalance personal life, No time for family. Every time they are short of manpower. Actually no hr department exist here. Everyone is underpaid. Management is very weak to speak the truth infront of top management.

...Nothing technical and all of your technical knowledge and skill won't be Worthy. I recommended everyone to move ahead with some other company to work dont looks to the compensation may be you good here approximately 3 lack for fresher and certainly some more to experience but your technical skill and knowledge will not be used here. Tje task and jobs responsibility ordered you to that can be done by a non technical person too. A labour or a ordinary peron can do that job but company's damanded to engineer's that can ruined his technical knowledge and skill if you are work in ITP department but if you chosen for fuel farm please go ahead to join but for itp i personally recommend to not join. Rest is individual choice.

No promotional policy. I am here serving this company from 2015 but still on same designation and work environment, appraisal also not so good, you may got only 7 to 8 % of hike for the annual year, management didn't listen to employee concerns if your family's member is hospitalised the GM of the company to ask you to report on duty else LWP will be marked. No social value. No family life

Those who want to do better life please do not join this company. There is no any salary growth, work culture is worst , no work experience should be count other industries. Engineer please do not join this company. In mumbai V.P is Acharya and operation Manager is Arun , Both are always ready to do corruption in mechanical instruments . In this company low educatEd people work in management and get high salary, promotion. Also get extra income by doing corruption in maintenance. Example - Mr. Arun- I.T.P Manager They higher people for engineering background to do donky work ( as operation officer) . Also at time of joining they demand to us 100000/- rupees. For security reasons.
