Central government job with job pention, health and other security

Dislikes

Worst work environment, and work culture, huge corruption, less salary, lot of pressure and disrespect from seniors , most of the benefits are in paper's .

Your job is secure but the work culture is missing. Your efficiency and talent has nothing to do with the day to day work. It's just like more you work the more is expected from you.

One of the corrupt organisation in history of india. It looted common people and salary gives to the officers only who are posted junior there benefits go on vein.

...torious staff and made him dependent on railways job he have no way to leave it. Juniors are getting very low as officers got 5 to 20 fold salary of juniors but there work is very poor even cbs, CMI/CCI even write a letter to officers just copy it forward it the officers. Seniors only know how to exploit this junior employee by not giving proper rest leave holiday leave etc
