Indian Railway job working culture is best. My job as a outsourcing staff in Enquiry_Computer Display terminal_update train arrival information_working hours as a rotaion 8hrs shift.

Third party pay roll_contractor not regular deposit epf contribution in employee epf account.

A fixed salary date they will never be late. Job security and safety. Pension and pass facilities.

Bad work culture. Poor pressure tactics. Non recognition of your hard work but very responsive in case you makes any mistake.

Your job is secure but the work culture is missing. Your efficiency and talent has nothing to do with the day to day work. It's just like more you work the more is expected from you.

One of the corrupt organisation in history of india. It looted common people and salary gives to the officers only who are posted junior there benefits go on vein.

...torious staff and made him dependent on railways job he have no way to leave it. Juniors are getting very low as officers got 5 to 20 fold salary of juniors but there work is very poor even cbs, CMI/CCI even write a letter to officers just copy it forward it the officers. Seniors only know how to exploit this junior employee by not giving proper rest leave holiday leave etc
