...curity and one is always in a dilemma when it comes to his/her location of work. The complaint makes a fool out of people with the fixed and variable pay salary structure. All they know is to extract out work from the employees without having to pay them decently.

...public holidays. And also should be available over a call when you are on leave. Variable pay is worst. They don't pay single penny even if you meet standards. No appraisals and timely payment. They simple terminate the employees with out proper reason .

There’s hardly anything good with this organisation, only good is that people here are quite experienced and you get to learn from some of them.

Everything is bad here, job security, work life balance, salary, toxic behaviour, top management connect with the employees, etc
