There aren’t any pros in working with I-pac because the employees are treated like shit

Employees are treated like shit, there is no job security and one is always in a dilemma when it comes to his/her location of work. The complaint makes a fool out of people with the fixed and variable pay salary structure. All they know is to extract out work from the employees without having to pay them decently.
