...pany culture is very bad, no job security and no work-life balance, no benefits. They will force you to work on holiday and if you deny then they will deduct salary for that day. They will force you to work even on Sunday and if you ask for comp off, they will ask you to send an email mentioning for how many hours you have worked and what was the output, then only they will decide and finally they reject it. They will give you target and send you for mobilization to collect students and if you didn't fulfill your target then they will not reimburse your mobilization bill. Also they use to give Rs.2/Km for petrol and Rs.50/day for DA during mobilization that comes under a terms and conditions that you have to fulfill your target otherwise not. In my case after serving a full 30 days notice period, they deducted my salary for 1 day for which I have filed a case against them in labour court. If you could be the talwa chatu then only you can grow, otherwise you won't.

Hi Guys IISD's work culture is good, and I'm totally satisfied with them. Every month, there is a salary credit between 5 and 8 during the salary cycle that ranges from 1 to 30. The appraisal process is being conducted according to the employee's starting date. The team is all very cooperative Thanks

...so force trainers for placement of students. They don't have any placement team. Also they don't include ESI and PF benefits in your salary. Before joining they speak very well to trainers to join the iisd. But after 1 or 2 months they force to you to visit industries for students placement. Even officially trainer is not responsible for placement of students.

Pathetic company and the MD to work with, beware of the Owner he is not at all cooperative and he always commit false things to the employee when it comes to the original things being asked to him, asking for the experience letter and so. Highly not recommended this company ever in life

System and salary, expenses commited but never given, this company has my payment of 25000 rupees but I've not received it yet

...any. HR has tendency to give all false commitments. Salary is not paid on time. Salary deduction showing lame excuses is a common practice here. No proper management exists. When company can't provide any task to its employees, it stops paying salary and sends employees on leave without pay.
