I have been working for Indian Designs Exports Pvt ltd from last 24 years , it is in to manufacture and export of ready made garments . Promoters are also in to construction and software development. With all these I have gained very good knowledge .

Salary package is only a concern here. Otherwise no problem

Absolutely nothing, no job security, no training, no career growth, no appraisal, salary not paid in time , no travel , lots of dirty politics, no learning, bad work environment, no innovation, no work life balance work for 12 hours and delayed payment unnecessary deductions

We always know that good colleagues are the success for your upcoming and long stay in a company. But unfortunately this company lacks people with good work balance and growth mindset. The worst place to ever work.There is no professionalism in there work culture. Survival in such companies become too difficult . They hardly have growth mindset. Not even upgrading in there technological aspects. I stayed in this company for 10 months and learnt how bad people can be. This is the only thing which this company has taught me !! Thanks to this at least. The COO of this company holds no value in front me . He is the main Culprit for all the bad name for this Company .
