...ad one goal only I.e. working hard and stay fit to face every challenge in need.as per me if u have job satisfaction thn salary will not make much difference.It is totaly politicsfree , religion free and caste free organization.a person having positive attitude,passion to serve the people of country and a disciplined lifestyle definitely will enjoy working there with each and every facilities he want.

We. Never see the negative side.yes shortcomings are alawys being addressed.development and modernization is the party of life .IAF is also working on tht .

IAF is one the prestigious organization among all tried services. Firstly one should feel proud to be part of the Defense force and safeguard the at any call of hour. As far as IAF is concerned, a good organization for those who have passion to do something for the country. It gives lots of opportunity in various fields to exile your carrier irrespective of the trade/branch alloyed to you while joining. One can began by taking first step and can reach till top with all capabilities and potential. Moreover a work/living place where you get a chance to interact with different religions, cast and state personal. Languages has no bond. People greet on their respective festivals, help each other as and when required. Adage atmosphere for the families and children. Lot many positive things to say. In a nutshell...... ...sment, in addition the individuals involvement, responsibility etc must be seen. Salary disparity prevails...... Temporary duty place accommodation and travel facilities must be improved. Rest law makers are there to decide what is good and bad for the organization. Nothing else..... .....JH

I like about working at IAF to serve with people from different parts of country with different cultures.

Dislikes

There is huge difference between officer and men in regarding pay a allowance, in assured promotion, work culture, leave, ration etc needs to be look into.

Good working environment. Juniors are cooperative. All procedures are laid down and present salary was good.

Dislikes

On Job training is there and very good working environment. Every body can learn from seniors. Classes are there to clear doubts. Involvements make experienced people on particular trade and systems.

...anagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming acade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
