...will fix meeting but in reality after 200 calls still no one will be interested. And on daily basis you have to do 4 meetings any how to make salary of the day. And you have to ask a meeting code from client like a beggar even if client is not interested at all. I've seen worst company in my entire life. I will never suggest anyone to join that organization. Kindly join if you want to make your life in hell. Wrost culture worst management and worst service to the client.

Indiamart has very nice work culture, everyone is very friendly. They follow open door policy so you can even speak to CEO of company, plus it is a product based company so you will get a chance to learn many things there. Indiamart is indeed a employee oriented company.

... fantastic, software was good to work MERP & WEBRP. Incentive structure is good. Time to time salary, pressure is high but if we work honestly then pressure is nothing.

Salary are very less in recruitment after hiring MBA's Full day we have to do calling not able to focus on any other skills Movement from one department to other without any consideration Saturday are working from home with no pay
